One search that became two brands

When our son was born, we went looking — as every parent does. We looked for clothing that was genuinely natural, beautifully designed, and priced for real Indian families. We looked for skincare that was safe, clinically sound, and actually built for an Indian baby’s skin and climate. We came up empty on both counts. That search — and those two gaps — are where Pebloo and Tenderma were born.

Pebloo — Clothing

More styles. Real fabric. Honest price.

Newborn clothing in India was a disappointment. International brands had the styles — but at prices that felt unjustifiable. Indian brands had the price, but almost no variety, and fabrics that were synthetic or misleadingly labelled. There was no Indian brand giving parents more styles, genuinely natural fabrics, and pricing that made sense. Pebloo was built to close that gap — for every parent who believes their child’s clothes should be as natural as their care.

Tenderma — Skincare

Indian babies need Indian formulations.

In skincare, the same wall. Mass-market brands relied on ingredients no informed parent should accept. Premium imports were formulated for European winters — not Chennai summers or India’s hard water. Ayurvedic options felt culturally right but had no clinical rigour. Not one brand was built from the ground up for Indian babies, Indian climate, and Indian parents’ expectations of safety and transparency. That is what Tenderma is.

Pebloo — The Bigger Discovery

A gap hiding in plain sight: ages 8 to 14

Pebloo began as a newborn-to-kids brand. But as we went deeper into the market, we found something that stopped us: the 8 to 14 age group is almost entirely ignored by Indian apparel brands. No affordable Indian private-label brand offers all-natural fabric, all-occasion clothing — thoughtfully designed — for older children. Brands stop at toddler sizes or jump to adult silhouettes with nothing in between. Parents who care at age 4 are left with no real option by age 10. Pebloo now covers newborn to 14 years, all occasions, entirely in natural fabric — because every stage of childhood deserves the same care.

Janani — a Certified Public Accountant with deep financial rigour — and Karthik — a quality systems engineer from a top global MNC — built Kyndora Ventures as the home for both. Pebloo so that every Indian child, from newborn to 14, has natural fabric clothing that is beautifully made and honestly priced. Tenderma™ so that every Indian baby has skincare that is dermatology-led, Ayurveda-enriched, and genuinely built for their world. Together, the brands we searched for as parents — and never found. So we built them ourselves.
